HK telecoms begin price war

After PCCW Ltd., the largest fixed-line telecom carrier in Hong Kong,
announced a 40% reduction in home phone prices today, City Telecom (HK)
Ltd. declared a 60% reduction. Experts report that Hong Kong's telecom
industry will have severe price cutting and monthly prices may drop to 30
Hong Kong Dollar in the future.
