Silver medal for EMS of China Post

EMS cooperative institutions of the Universal Postal Union announced
quality authentication results for every member country's EMS in the
fourth quarter of 2004. The postal services of Hong Kong, Korea and
Singapore reached gold medal level, and those of China, US, Japan,
Australia, Norway, Brazil and Israel reached silver medal level. It is
the first time that EMS of China Post entered the silver medal list.
